About The Job

Our Client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Consultant with deep expertise in Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform 4 (OCP 4) to lead and execute the deployment of enterprise-grade OpenShift platforms for our clients. This role requires a self-starter who can work independently, interface directly with clients, and own the full lifecycle of OpenShift deployments from planning through production handoff.

 

Job Duties:

• Lead architecture, design, and deployment of Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform 4 in enterprise environments.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and develop scalable container platform solutions.
• Plan and implement OpenShift clusters in both on-premises and cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Configure, secure, and integrate OpenShift with enterprise infrastructure (networking, storage, identity management, CI/CD pipelines, etc.).
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to client teams.
• Troubleshoot and resolve platform-level issues.
• Maintain documentation for deployed environments and operational procedures.
• Ensure best practices are followed in platform security, scalability, and performance.
• Act as a trusted advisor and point of contact for the client throughout the engagement.

 

Requirements:

• U.S.-based with authorization to work in the United States.
• Proven experience deploying and managing Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform 4.
• Strong understanding of Kubernetes, containerization, and cloud-native architecture.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools (Ansible, Terraform, etc.).
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD toolchains.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience interfacing directly with enterprise clients in a consulting capacity.

Additional Desired Requirements:

Very strong RH AAP skill, Configuration as Code and overall RHEL knowledge. Infrastructure as Code,RPM install, (AWS/GCP is a plus)
