The role

This is an in-office, full-time position at Congo Brands HQ in Louisville, KY.

A Senior Carrier Coordinator is responsible onboarding new carriers, ensuring that new and current carriers are meeting or exceeding the operational and compliance standards set by Congo, and assist with updating customers on current shipments.

Key responsibilities

• Develop new and grow existing carrier relationships
• Execute, support, monitor, & achieve Logistics KPIs
• Onboarding carriers to our TMS
• Reviewing carrier invoices and accessorial with our analyst team
• Provide exceptional service to carriers and customers

Key skills and experience required

• 5+ years of logistics industry experience.

• Must have a strong understanding of different modes of transportation (OTR, Intermodel, LTL, Air and Ocean)
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient at time management and good organizational skills.
• Focus on task organization & attention to detail, with excellent follow-up skills
• Must be able to function and lead in a highly collaborative team environment
• Understanding common obstacles and solutions in supply chain.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong teamwork & problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor degree required.
