Scrum Master/Product Owner

We are searching for a Scrum Master/Product Owner who would have the following skills:
Scrum master
- Experience identifying and removing blockers
- Experience facilitating scrum ceremonies
- Experience building and leading high-performing teams, ideally within a DoW environment.
Product management & strategy
- Experience leading development from MVP to production
- Experience with custom software development & AI
- Experience facilitating design and requirement sessions with customers
- Experience setting expectations & scope with customers
- Experience with OKRs or a similar goal-setting methodology
Responsibilities
- Work with teams of data scientists, software engineers, and cloud engineers to define, refine, and implement customer requirements
- Work on multiple concurrent development efforts
- Apply agile principles to R&D and rapid prototyping
- Serves as the client liaison on all project matters Identifies, acquires, and utilizes company resources to achieve project objectives.
- Establish priorities, task assignments, and completion.
- Ensures quality and productivity standards are maintained while meeting project/client deadlines and budget constraints.
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to identify requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience implementing and customizing agile approaches to best fit the needs of the customer and team
- 5 years of experience in agile methodologies
- 3 years of experience with Jira and Confluence or other similar tools
- Experience with the development and maintenance of documentation, artifacts, and reports on sprints, epics, and milestones
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in other roles in software and data lifecycle
- PMP
Clearance
- An active TS/SCI
As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
