SAP Business Analyst Intern - Supply Chain

Mission of the Role: To develop and deploy robust supply chain processes in SAP in collaborating with the stake holders and the SAP technical SME and developers.

 

Key Objectives of this Role:  

• Learn Supply Chain Key Process and deliverables 
•  Assist in the implementation and optimization of SAP software for supply chain processes.
• Conduct data analysis to identify areas for improvement and efficiency gains.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and document business requirements and data readiness.
• Support system testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution related to SAP supply chain modules.
• Contribute to the documentation of standard operating procedures.

 

Key Performance Indicators:  

• Weekly progress report of assigned tasks.
• Successful completion of tasks and evidence of deliverables 
• Delivery of required documentation 
• Feedback from stakeholders 

 

Key Deliverables:  

• Evidence showing full understanding of assigned processes and tasks.
• Delivery of the assigned tasks.

• Prepare presentation summarizing accomplished tasks aligned with the objective assignment.  
• Document learnings from the internship.

 

Qualification, Experience and Skills:  

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering and preferably working towards master’s degree in engineering. 
• Basic understanding of Supply chain processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to independently perform assignments without continuous supervision.
