Sales Associate – Orangetheory Fitness (Up to 30 Hours/Week, Flexible Schedule)

About the Role: 

We're looking for a motivated, customer-focused Sales Associate to join our studio team in a flexible role averaging 30–35 hours per week. This is perfect for someone who thrives in a high-energy environment, loves talking to people, and is passionate about health and wellness — but also values a bit more flexibility than a traditional full-time job.  

What You’ll Do: 

• Greet members and guests with a warm, energetic welcome
  
  
• Conduct studio tours and explain the Orangetheory workout and membership options
  
  
• Follow up with leads and convert prospects into loyal members
  
  
• Maintain front desk operations and studio cleanliness
  
  
• Support sales campaigns and community events
  
  
• Deliver an exceptional in-studio experience, every time
  
  

 
What We’re Looking For:
 

• Outgoing and personable with strong communication skills
  
  
• Sales experience (fitness or retail preferred)
  
  
• Passionate about health, fitness, and helping others reach their goals
  
  
• Available to work 30–35 hours/week, including a mix of morning, evening, and weekend shifts
  
  
• Team player with a “do whatever it takes” attitude

 JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Excellent customer service skills
• Previous sales experience preferred (experience working in a sales quota bearing structure highly preferred)
• Solid verbal and written communication skills required
• Able to multi-task and excel in a busy environment
• Functional computer skills required – MS Office (word, excel), Internet, Basic computer program software use
• Health & Fitness minded people strongly preferred
• Ability to work and function in an ORANGE TEAM environment (Orange is more than a just a color, it’s an attitude)
• Flexible to work day, evening and/or weekend hours as needed
• High school diploma required

Orangetheory is a science-based, full-body workout that uses technology to measure performance so members can prove they are improving. In a 60-minute class, led by a highly trained and certified coach, members target at least twelve minutes in the Orange Zone to raise their heart rate and charge up metabolism. The result is an increase in calorie burn post-workout, backed by the science of excess post-exercise oxygen consumption (EPOC).
