Residential Construction Field Manager

New Generation Improvements is hiring a Field Manager to support our Residential Construction Projects!

In this role you'll be supporting home, bathroom, and kitchen remodels! We are offering between $52,000 and $60,000 to start, with room to grow from there.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Interact with clients, vendors, and subcontractors to execute multiple projects
• Manage, lead, and support our field crews
• Communicate with the team in the office via email and regular zoom meetings
• Help the business grow!

Requirements

• 5+ years of residential construction or remodeling
• Bilingual in English in Spanish
• Comfortable with a pre-employment background and drug screening
• Strong communication skills to interact with clients and vendors
• Previous management experience is a huge plus, but not required
• Reliable transportation
