Research Program Assistant- Direct Cash Transfer for Prevention Interviewer

The Department of Epidemiology is hiring five Research Program Assistants - Direct Cash Transfer for Prevention Interviewer with lived experiences of housing instability to conduct in-depth interviews with young people participating in a direct cash transfer for prevention intervention. The position will involve 3-4 hours of training and eight 1-hour interviews (a total of 14-15 hours per RA).
Specific Duties & Responsibilities of the position include
- participating in qualitative training on conducting in-depth interviews with youth experiencing homelessness.
- scheduling interviews with identified participants.
- conducting interviews with young people experiencing homelessness.
Minimum Qualifications
- High School Diploma or graduation equivalent, with some college courses preferred.
- Some related experience.
- Additional education may substitute for required experience, to the extent permitted by the JHU equivalency formula.
Preferred Qualifications
- Lived experience with housing instability; experience working with young people and advocating for youth housing rights.
