The Department of Chemical Biology is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Research Administrator I to join our dynamic team. Your role will also involve interpreting and applying federal and sponsor guidelines and regulatory documents, demonstrating your analytical skills and commitment to compliance.

Detail-oriented: With a keen eye for accuracy and organization, ensuring seamless management of grant proposals and awards.
Knowledge of NIH, NSF, and Private Funding Foundations: Some experience working with sponsors is a plus, but not required.

Job Responsibilities:
Assist in management of grants and sponsored programs (e.g., preparation and review of proposal documents including budget, monitoring of subawards, award lifecycle management), under some supervision.
Read, interpret and apply federal and other sponsor guidelines and regulatory compliance requirements to support investigators and other relevant teams.
Coordinate with research teams and sponsor institutions to support in issue resolution.
