Our focus is to expand our technology lead, acquire and integrate less efficient competitors, and tap into new segments through an integrated inbound marketing and sales approach.</p> <h2>The Role</h2> <p>As our Process Server Recruiter, you'll find and engage the people who keep our network running: active legal process servers and people interested in flexible gig work who want to become one. You'll partner with the sourcing team to run high-volume outreach, explain the role to candidates, and build a strong, ready-to-activate pipeline across the US. This is a continuous recruiting function, so you'll adjust your sourcing strategies as market trends and coverage needs change.</p> <h2>What You'll Do</h2> <ul> <li>Generate leads through high-volume outreach (cold calling, SMS, and email campaigns)</li> <li>Execute creative sourcing strategies to reach high-quality candidates nationwide</li> <li>Screen candidates for reliability, qualifications, and role fit</li> <li>Explain the independent contractor model and role expectations to candidates</li> <li>Build and maintain candidate pipelines and talent pools in our ATS/CRM</li> <li>Track and report on recruiting metrics and KPIs</li> <li>Keep hiring managers updated on strategy, hires, and pipeline status</li> </ul> <h2>What You Bring</h2> <p><strong><em>Required</em></strong></p> <ul> <li>At least 1 year of recruiting experience in a high-volume, metric-driven environment</li> <li>Experience building and maintaining pipelines and talent pools in a CRM or ATS (e.g., Greenhouse, HubSpot, Metabase, or proprietary systems)</li> <li>Experience creating email and outreach campaigns</li> <li>Proficiency in Excel, including formulas and data tools</li> <li>Comfort with cold calling and SMS outreach</li> <li>Detail-oriented and self-motivated, with the ability to focus on complex tasks in a fast-paced environment</li> </ul> <p><strong><em>Preferred</em></strong></p> <ul> <li>Legal industry or legal recruiting knowledge</li> <li>Experience recruiting independent contractors or gig workers (1099 models)</li> <li>Experience with sourcing or dialer tools.</li> </ul>
