Responsibilities 

• Supervise installation teams on-site
• Ensure work meets quality and safety standards
• Coordinate daily tasks and manage schedules
• Resolve on-site issues and troubleshoot problems
• Communicate with clients and address concerns
• Monitor project progress and ensure deadlines
• Conduct site inspections for compliance
• Manage inventory and materials on-site, in warehouse and installer vehicles
• Train and mentor installers
• Ensure each team is appropriately staffed 
• Manage subcontractors and assign to projects according to need
• Reduce volume of rework by ensuring that the team has accurately pulled jobs and installers are adequately prepared
• Measure for and procure material
• Report project updates to management

Qualifications

• Must be able to comfortably and consistently lift 50 lbs
• Forward-thinking to see projects through to completion without unnecessary delays
• Solution-oriented with ability to solve problems in the moment
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• High level of proficiency with MS office, computer systems and internet.
• Commitment to the mission, vision and values of the company.
• Current drivers’ license with clean driving record
• At least 5-7 years of applicable experience
