 Job SummaryGrowing San Antonio based residential Restoration & remodeling company is  seeking an experienced construction Project Manager to join our team in. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of a project’s development, coordinating people, processes, and resources to ensure projects are completed successfully and on schedule. The ideal candidate is highly organized, resourceful, and has a proven track record as a successful Project Manager. Position includes base pay with performance bonus.


Responsibilities 

•   Facilitate the timely and profitable delivery of all services required to rapidly return customer’s property to pre-loss condition, minimizing repairs, and downtime following property damage. 
• Ability to follow xactiamte job scope ensuring all work is completed to company standards. 
• Maintain consistent communication with clients 
• Pre budgeting of job 
• Distribution of PO's to all trades and vendors 
•  Manage and schedule any/all assigned internal tradesmen. 
•  Maintain clean appearance and utilization of PPE when applicable. 
• identifying and documenting any potential supplements and/or change orders. 
• Ability to confidently manage projects up to $1,000,000.

 Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred not required 
• Previous experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role is preferred min 5 years 
• Proficient in utilizing basic computer software 
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks appropriately
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong technical skills in software development and web technologies
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• IICRC certifications are preferred but not required
• Osha Certifications preferred but not required.

Compensation: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
