Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated Rehoming Coordinator to work in our Greyhounds As Pets team at the Londonderry adoption centre. The Rehoming Coordinator's collaborate closely with the Trainers and potential adopters to optimise the number of retired greyhounds re-homed via fostering or adoption across NSW and the USA in line with industry, regulatory, organisational and strategic objectives.

Responsibilities:
- Manage relationships of potential adopters and ensure an excellent level of customer service.
- Provide ongoing post-adoption support and guidance including behavioural and training support.
- Report on rehoming numbers in a timely manner.
- Contact applicants within the required service level timeframes and provide an excellent level of customer service.
- Facilitate the appropriate and efficient matching of Greyhounds to adopters.
- Organise the appointment for the adoption and manage meet and greets with suitable greyhounds.
- Prepare adoption and post-adoption paperwork and assist adopters with any enquiries regarding the process.
- Represent GRNSW and GAP at a number of annual promotional and adoption events in the regions.
Skills and Experience:
- Excellent and proven sales or customer relationship management experience.
- Strong ability to meet and adhere to key performance indicators and service level requirements.
- The ability to develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
- Excellent and confident interpersonal communication and customer service skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent collaboration skills and the ability and work in and support a team.
- Ability to meet deadlines and demonstrate strong time management skills.
- Dog training knowledge and the ability to educate adopters and the public on Greyhound management.
- Confident problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
