The work:
Seeking a skilled Ready API Load Runner Tool Tester to join our dynamic team for testing web services to ensure their performance, reliability, and scalability under load conditions. You will have a strong background in software testing, particularly in scripting, web, API, performance testing, and extensive experience with Ready API and Load Runner tools. Key Responsibilities:
- Performance Testing: Design, develop, and execute performance test plans and test cases using Ready API and Load Runner to evaluate the performance of web services.
- Load Testing: Conduct load testing to determine how web services handle varying levels of user traffic and identify performance bottlenecks.
- Script Development: Create and maintain test scripts to simulate user interactions and measure system performance under load.
- Monitoring & Analysis: Monitor system performance during tests, analyze results, and generate detailed performance reports.
- Issue Identification: Identify, document, and report performance issues, and work with development teams to resolve them.
- Continuous Improvement: Continuously improve testing processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance the accuracy and efficiency of performance testing.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, QA engineers, and project managers, to ensure performance requirements are met.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of test plans, test cases, test scripts, and test results.
Here's what you need:
- Bachelor and 10 years of experience in software performance testing, with a focus on web services.
- Proficiency in Ready API and Load Runner tools.
- Strong knowledge of web service technologies (REST, SOAP, etc.).
- Experience with scripting languages such as Groovy, JavaScript, or Python.
- Familiarity with performance monitoring tools and techniques.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret performance test results and identify root causes of issues.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, New York, Washington, and the District of Columbia. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set and level of experience.
