What You Will Do:

Columbus Forge, a recognized leader in producing disks and airfoils for the aerospace propulsion market, is looking for dedicated individuals to support our organization.   • We have an opportunity for a MCL Quality Technical Team Member for the Technical Control Group, to be based in Columbus, GA.
  • This is a full-time, onsite position and working a 1st shift schedule (Week Days).
  • Receive and process vendor certs
  • Maintain the U-List
  • Monitor TR List to ensure UGA and SAP receivers match
  • Perform part number changes
  • Disposition the Queue
  • Complete TR and ACC in SAP
  • Other tasks will be discussed during the interview/ training
  • Perform 6s each shift
  • Engage in process optimization to allow success of production/quality goals while achieving and maintaining cost savings
  • Complete all training within the expected time given

Qualifications You Must Have: 

  • High School Diploma or GED 
  • Computer experience to include MS Excel, UGA, SAP, etc 
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract. 
  • Experience working in the Quality department

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance workers, as they are essential to the development of our engines.
