Boeing Aerospace OperationsBoeing Global Services (BGS) is currently seeking a Quality Systems Specialist to join our Quality support services team, This position will be based in Hazelwood, MO.
Position Responsibilities:
Analyzes process data, metrics, models and flows to identify root cause of problem
Reviews proposals, contracts, regulatory, program and customer requirements ensuring early quality involvement in program development
Prepares and maintains Quality directives, policies, processes, procedures and metrics to assure program, contract, customer, regulatory requirements, international standards and working agreements are deployed
Participates with stakeholders to develop potential preventive or corrective actions and implementation
Conducts research, compiles and analyzes performance reports and process control statistics, to continuously improve process capability
Conducts quality source selection and process reviews of suppliers' ability to meet program quality requirements and support business decisions, and develops a coordinated response for management review and approval
Conducts hardware, software and system level audits to determine compliance with quality management system standards, configuration assurance, related business, regulatory and customer requirements and reports results to management
Analyzes data to provide material review dispositions for nonconforming materials, parts and equipment
Works under general direction
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Minimum of 5 years of experience on military aircraft platform
Experience with Root Cause Corrective Action.
1+ years of experience in the application of AS9100
Experience in conducting internal audits.
1+ Minimum year of experience in a dedicated Quality role
Willing to travel up to 50% both domestic and international
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
5+ years of aircraft maintenance / modification experience is desired
8210 / AFI 21-101 / 4790 experience
Ability to collaborate with Engineers to develop repair procedures for nonconformances.
Able to research and create clear depiction problems for engineering to help solve problems that arise using Vector, IQDS, Retrofit Configuration System, Tableau and REDARS.
Knowledge of how to research and initiate a change to Technical Data and Engineer blueprints to match real time configuration.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary Pay Range: 95,200 -128,800
