Corteva Agriscience™ has an exciting and challenging opportunity for a Quality Data Specialist in the Seeds Master Data Team within Global Seed Operations. This position will lead the configuration and management of our Global Quality testing plans. In this position, you will help develop and drive the implementation of the quality management system within our Global Seed Quality organization and Seed Operations.

Primary Responsibilities

Testing Plan Management & Documentation

  • Lead the global configuration, and maintenance of SAP and future S4 Quality Management (QM).

  • Translate business quality testing requirements into SAP and future S4 functionality, ensuring alignment with industry standards and company policies.

  • Monitor execution timelines and adjust plans based on seasonal, regional, or operational changes.

  • Create and maintain clear documentation of Quality Testing Plan requirements, workflows, communication protocols with global/regional stakeholders, escalation procedures for QM discrepancies and testing concerns.

SAP & future S4 QM Configuration & System Ownership

  • Lead the global configuration of SAP/future S4 Quality Management (QM) to support compliance with global regulatory standards (e.g., ISTA, AOSA), in close partnership with Global & Regional Quality, Stewardship & Compliance and Enterprise IT teams.

  • Act as the SAP & future S4 QM configuration expert by coordinating with Global and Regional Quality teams to support local execution that aligns with global strategy. Provide informed input and guidance as a key stakeholder.

  • Identify opportunities to enhance system functionality, automate manual processes, and improve user experience.

  • Support change management initiatives related to QMS or business process changes.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate closely with Seed Production and Supply Chain leadership/teams, and build strong partnerships with R&D, Commercial, and Enterprise IT teams to support effective quality processes and continuous improvement.

  • Act as the liaison between business users and SAP & future S4 technical teams to ensure system usability and performance.

  • Coordinate with Global and Regional Quality teams to support local execution that aligns with global strategy.

  • Provide informed input and guidance as a Quality Management stakeholder.

Compliance & Data Integrity

  • Partner with business teams to ensure testing protocols align with Regulatory, Quality, Stewardship & Compliance, and business requirements.

  • Participate in QMS troubleshooting activities with business and Enterprise IT on data integrity issues.

  • Monitor data integrity, traceability, and audit readiness across all quality-related transactions in SAP and future S4.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Agronomy, Biology, Supply Chain, or related field.

  • Experience in seed testing, seed production, agricultural R&D, or supply chain operations.

  • Demonstrated understanding of seed production process.

  • Strong project management skills with a proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives.

  • Ability to prioritize and multitask under minimal supervision and respond with flexibility towards tight project deadlines or issues impacting production operations.

  • Demonstrated effectiveness and ability to work independently, and drive results with peers, stakeholders, and customers.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Experience working in a global, cross-cultural environment.

  • Working knowledge or ability to learn Excel, Access and SAP systems
