Quality Control Inspector

Parallel Employment Group is excited to announce an opening for a Quality Control Inspector to join our team.

As a Quality Control Inspector, you will be tasked with ensuring the quality of procured components. This will include the control of critical dimensions and tolerances, ensuring that all parts are manufactured to the specification and stock levels are maintained as required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Highlight all concerns directly back to the QA and production team and record in the quality monitoring system.
• Perform quality inspections throughout the receiving/ in-process/final production process.
• Track data and report trends and feedback to QA and production.
• Follow and create detailed work instructions to inspect mechanical, electronic, electromechanical assemblies and wire harnesses.
• Provide detailed feedback for QA and production improvements to ensure high quality standards are maintained.
• Prep area for external audits and performs internal audit.
• Calibration tracking and enforcement.
• Help create and develop calibration tracking and enforcement.
• Develop the quality and processes within the production area to ensure compliance.
• Inspect all incoming and outgoing materials for defects prior to delivery.
• Inspect all inbound materials for defects prior to delivery.
• Verify that the inspected product is in good condition and that it meets customer specifications.
• Ensure that the inspected product is packaged correctly before it is shipped to the customer.
• Ensure that the inspected product is properly stored before it is delivered to the customer.
• Perform quality control on incoming products and perform inspection duties on outgoing products as needed
• Assist with documentation of inspections and other non-routine activities as assigned by management.

Work Hours: 7:00 am -3:30 pm M-F

Position Type: Direct Hire; Full-time

Job location: Franksville, WI

Salary: $19.26-$30.00 per hour based on experience

Requirements

• 3 years of experience in quality inspection or quality assurance field
• Experience in using precision measuring eqiupment
• The ability to interpret drawings
• Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015
• First Article Experience
• Reviewing Bill of Material
• CMM (Coordinate Measurement Machine)
