Job Description:
Satair is looking for a Quality Conformance Manager to join our Quality Team in Dulles, Virginia.
The main mission will be to guarantee the conformity of a product/service to the quality requirements, and support the on time and on cost delivery by delivering right first time to increase customer loyalty.
For this, the jobholder will lead and drive the resolution of complex quality issues and continuous improvement projects / initiatives by setting the measurement standards and identifying/facilitating improvements to increase:

Your Challenges:
Primary Responsibilities:
Process: 40 %
Own some local and global Processes and lead their related activities for the Quality perimeter
Process performance and product adherence to standards
Secure Reliability and Repeatability of processes, at initial design phase, before any process changes are made and continuously through the life of a product.
Performance: 30 %
Lead and facilitate problem solving
Analyze and lead eradication of Non Quality (DRs, Customer Claims, ..) through Quality standards and Lean principles
Lead Quality Feedback Loops with our customers (internal and external)
Improvements and projects: 25 %
Launch and lead projects (locally or globally) in relation to the Quality and Company Transformation
