JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for supporting all auditing positions and investigational review of problems.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
· Perform Outgoing Inspections including International, Large Customer, and Small Parcels using Sales Order/Pick Ticket and Quality audit information as needed.
· Support and conduct Production Inspection using Quality Control Plan (QPC), Job Order, Product Specification, and ERP.
· Perform Receiving Inspection using Quality Control Plan (QCP) and/or siffron engineering drawlings. In addition, supporting information sources may be used as needed including Purchase Order, Product Specification, and ERP.
SECONDARY FUNCTIONS
· Support of additional tasks deemed applicable to ensure customer satisfaction by the Director of Quality and his/her representative.
· Support and conduct Investigation Reports generated from CCAR’s and general concerns.
· Report all rejections to Quality Supervisor.
· Other duties as assigned.
PERFORMANCE MEASURES
· Successful completion of professional development courses assigned by Corporate Quality Manager or his/her representative.
· Successful achievement of additional certifications determined by Corporate Quality Manager or his/her representative as required.
· Successful completion of all assigned tasks and objectives.

POSITION TYPE/EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK
· This is a full-time position. The days and hours are Monday through Friday 8:00am – 4:30pm with overtime as needed.
· Regular attendance is required.
Requirements
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
· High school diploma or equivalent.
· 1+ years of quality assurance experience or demonstrate comprehension of quality.
· Ability to use computer equipment and software applications (Microsoft office products).
· Ability to use calibrated measuring equipment including a comparator, caliper, weight scales, and all basic quality tools.
· Familiar with ANSI sampling plans and general quality theories outline by ASQ.
· Good problem-solving skills.
· Structured, systematic work skills and habits required.

· Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
· Perform job duties with minimal supervision.
