Quality Assurance Manager

Overview

We’re seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to lead with precision in a GMP-regulated manufacturing environment. If you excel in risk management, product testing, and SOP development, this is your chance to drive excellence and help transform the practice of medicine!

This position is on-site Monday through Friday 8am - 5pm. Location: Stevens Point, WI.

 

What To Expect:

• Manage performance to achieve key business outcomes 
• Define goals, set expectations, and deploy plans to improve or sustain performance 
• Deep understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
• Experience with quality risk management, inspections, and compliance within a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to identify and resolve quality issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
• Understanding of product testing (e.g., microbiological, chemical, physical)
• Strong understanding of creating and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Batch Records, and other quality documents.

What You Will Contribute

• Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Life Sciences (e.g. Biology, Chemistry, Food Science, or related fields)
• 5 + years of experience in quality assurance.
• Problem-solving and critical thinking
• Lean / Six Sigma experience
