Project Manager, Auditing/Lighting

Candidate must live in/around the New England area of NE USA and have experience working with Utility programs (specifically rebate incentive programs with NE companies)

Job Duties

• Perform detailed lighting audits
• Create and revise project scopes
• Ensure project conforms and fully qualifies for incentives
• Ensure projects meet profitability metrics
• Identify comprehensive projects and bring in necessary resources
• Work with outside and inside sales in a team environment
• Efficiently manage projects to be on-time and on-budget
• Travel required: 35% 

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 2+ years' experience in Project Management and Lighting Audit experience
• Experience working with Utility programs
• Experience with rebate incentive programs with NE utility companies)
• Knowledge of the lighting supply chain process or have similar experience within construction-specific distribution
• Knowledge of electrical contracting, lighting design, distribution and construction process
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
• Snap-Count or comparable lighting audit software
• CEM certification a plus
