Job Description

We are a collaborative, high-performing Project and Program Management team delivering complex infrastructure across transport, water, and renewable energy.

As a Project Management Intern, you will be supporting day-to-day delivery activities and helping with coordination tasks while learning from experienced project and program managers.

How you’ll make a difference:

  • Support the delivery of major infrastructure programs by helping with schedule, budget, and quality tracking under guidance (e.g., maintaining registers, logs, and dashboards).
  • Help prepare and manage project documentation, reports, and stakeholder communications, including meeting minutes, action trackers, and presentation materials.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to assist in monitoring progress and identifying risks or issues, supporting in updates to risk registers and mitigation actions.
  • Contribute across all project stages—from initial planning through delivery and into operation—by helping with PMO processes, governance activities, and status reporting under supervision.

Qualifications

  • Summer Intern attributes: Interns who are curious and excited to apply their studies in a professional environment. You'll bring strong communication and teamwork skills, a positive and proactive attitude, adaptability, and a commitment to professionalism and integrity. 
  • Bachelor’s Degree: You must be in your penultimate year of a Bachelor’s or Postgraduate degree in Engineering, Civil or Construction Services. 
  • Commencement: Able to work full time hours from 16 November 2026 – 19 February 2027. 
  • Working Rights: You must have full working rights to work in Australia and New Zealand before applying.
