About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Finance to join our team. As a Project Finance, you will be responsible for providing financial analysis and support for various projects within the organization. Your main objective will be to ensure the successful financing and execution of projects, while mitigating financial risks.

What You Will Do 

  • Conduct financial analysis and feasibility studies for potential projects, including evaluating financial viability, risks, and returns.
  • Develop and maintain financial models to assess project profitability, cash flow projections, and investment returns.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather project data information and provide financial insights and recommendations.
  • Prepare project financing proposals, including loan applications, investment memorandums, and financial presentations.
  • Liaise with external stakeholders, such as banks, investors, and financial institutions, to secure project financing and negotiate favorable terms.
  • Monitor project budgets, expenses, and financial performance, and provide regular reports to management.
  • Identify and assess financial risks associated with projects and develop strategies to mitigate these risks.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to project finance, and provide recommendations for process improvements.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of financial policies, procedures, and controls related to project finance.

What You Need

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Master’s degree or professional certification (CFA, CPA) is preferred.
  • Proven experience in project finance, investment banking, or corporate finance, with a strong understanding of financial analysis and modeling.
  • Excellent knowledge of financial principles, concepts, and practices, as well as financial markets and instruments.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and make sound recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate financial information to both financial and non-financial stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously, while meeting deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial analysis and reporting.
  • Knowledge of project management principles and methodologies is a plus.
