Project Executive

As our Project Executive, you will lead multiple project teams through all facets of the project life cycle while committing to the SpawGlass Project Execution Process.  Every day we’ll rely on you to build and support our people, cultivate and maintain client relationships, contribute to the project pursuit process, promote compliance with risk management and quality control practices, and ensure our teams deliver projects on time and on budget.  To thrive in this role, you should enjoy finding solutions, driving innovation, and practicing personalized leadership.  

What you'll do

• Build and maintain client relationships, serve as the point of contact throughout the project life cycle, help achieve team and client goals, and ensure a high level of client satisfaction
• Contribute to the development of project teams by providing them with the necessary resources and support to overcome project challenges and ensuring projects are delivered on time and on budget
• Optimize project pursuit outcomes by leveraging your relationships with project teams to increase preconstruction phase collaboration and communication. 
• Lead our risk management efforts including accurately defining the scope of work, creating and adhering to realistic schedules, developing a subcontractor contingency plan, and promoting team commitment to safety

What you bring to the team

• Ideally, you will have previous experience in preconstruction services, project management, and building projects as a superintendent in the commercial construction industry
• Proficiency with technical applications including construction management software, Microsoft Office, etc.
