Project Overview:

Bechtel has been providing program, project, and construction management services for Riverside County Transportation Commission (RCTC) for the past 36-years. The project team helps RCTC to implement "Measure A", the Regional Transportation Plan (RTP) / Sustainable Communities Strategy (SCS) and adopted plans and programs in compliance with state and federal requirements with the goal of providing the residents of Riverside County greater mobility, improved quality of life, operational excellence, and economic vitality.

Bechtel is seeking a Project Coordinator/Manager to join the Riverside, California team. This team oversees the planning, environmental clearance, design, and construction of projects on the state highway system, under California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) oversight and following Caltrans’ standards and procedures, and on commuter and freight rail lines, under Federal Transit Administration (FTA), Southern California Regional Rail Authority (SCRRA) or Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railroad (BNSF), and Union Pacific Railroad (UP) oversight and following their standards. In the Project Coordinator role, you will have an opportunity to work alongside a dynamic team of industry professionals across the globe to support the team.

• This role will be located in the client’s office in Riverside, California and will be in person.
• Work includes assisting the client Project Manager in all activities relating to one, or several concurrent contracts, as assigned by management. This role is intended to support the client’s Capital Project team. The specific responsibilities of the Project Coordinator include, but are not limited to, the following:
