Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and coordinate two critical projects:Business Services & Filing and Campaign Finance & Lobbying. The Project Manager will be the primary liaison between MSOS personnel and third-party development teams, ensuring effective communication, coordination, and successful execution of project deliverables.

Requirements

• Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, and deliverables for both projects.
• Serve as the central point of contact for internal teams and external vendors.
• Facilitate clear and consistent communication across all project stakeholders to ensure alignment on goals, expectations, and deadlines.
• Monitor project progress and address any issues that may affect project timelines or outcomes.
• Organize and lead project status meetings, generate reports, and maintain thorough project documentation.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of project management experience, preferably within government or technology sectors.
• Proven ability to manage complex software development projects and maintain strong vendor relationships.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid.
• Skilled in the use of project management tools like Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, or JIRA.
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  Preferred Qualifications:
• PMP, CAPM, or other relevant project management certification.
• Experience working with state government agencies or in regulatory environments.
• Knowledge of business registration, filing systems, or campaign finance processes.
