SciTec has immediate opportunities for an excellent Project Control Analyst/Project Coordinator.

Responsibilities

  • Work with project managers and teams to help define project goals, objectives, budget and schedule
  • Monitor and evaluate projects to ensure they are meeting their budget and execution timelines including monthly cost and schedule variances
  • Assist in creating project budgets and schedules, including preparing and updating project spend plans
  • Prepare and maintain project status reports and customer deliverables
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products like Excel
  • Strong numerical, verbal, and written communication
  • Ability to multi-task, communicate effectively, collaborate in a team setting, and handle assignments independently
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Security Clearance
  • Demonstrated attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Active DoD Security Clearance
  • Bachelor's degree in STEM field
  • Budgeting, planning, and scheduling experience
  • Experience servicing a Federal Government Customer
  • CAPM (Certified Associate in Project Management)

The pay range for this position is $54,000 - 88,000/year. SciTec considers several factors when extending an offer of employment, including but not limited to the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, education/training, and key skills. This is not a guarantee of compensation.
