Project and Program Manager

Job Description:

What You'll Be Doing:

Managing & Overseeing Delivery and Operations:

Team management, program oversight, inspect and report quality issues during implementation.

• Managing program and providing oversight for all projects, including issue management, risk management and timely completion of project deliverables
• Managing and resolving project issues escalations
• Directing root cause analysis for all issues, problems and issue escalations, share key learning’s and corrective actions across all eInfochips teams
• Managing all issues and take them to closure up to Client Satisfaction
• Managing project level metrics and taking appropriate actions based on the customer feedback.
• Report all identified issues and cooperate closely with the professional services / support / QA executives to ensure immediate action

Client relationship Management: Appraise customers’ requirements and make sure they are satisfied

• Proactively monitor status of all Projects/engagements.
• Providing dashboard on specified frequency like monthly or quarterly for the respective Leadership Team and his direct reports areas ensuring highest level of customer satisfaction.
• Preparing strategy for eInfochips programs with client leadership and monitoring implementation.
• Designing and developing training programs and liaison management with the managerial echelon of our customer base.

Managing and Planning Staffing related activities: Develop and maintain skills of team members as per project requirement

• Defining job requirements including skill set, experience level and professional characteristics.
• Coordinating with recruiting function.
• Performing interview and evaluation.
• Evaluating and selecting candidates.
• Planning and executing on boarding.

Managing Career Development and Appraisals: Manage eInfochips team, provide guidance and feedback

• Setting goals and performance standards
• Performing periodic evaluations including performance, salary and client satisfaction.
• Mentoring in technical and professional areas.
• Recommend promotions

• Experience working on Embedded devices
• Knowledge in Audio device testing
• Knowledge of Bluetooth and various profiles.

Work Arrangement Fully On-Site: Must be able to travel to an Arrow Client office location as requested by Arrow Client leadership.
