Jr. Technical Project Manager (WordPress)- Remote

About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Jr. Technical Project Manager to support our team in delivering high-quality web and CRM projects. The ideal candidate will have experience managing technical projects, an understanding of CRM platforms, and proficiency in HTML and WordPress. This role requires a blend of project management skills, technical expertise, and excellent communication to ensure smooth execution of projects from inception to completion. This position is a 6 month contract to hire and is fully remote.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning, executing, and overseeing web development and CRM integration projects.
• Coordinate with developers, designers, and stakeholders to define project scope, timeline, and deliverables.
• Manage and update WordPress websites, ensuring performance, security, and content updates.
• Provide basic HTML support for website modifications and email templates.
• Work with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to customize and optimize workflows and integrations.
• Track project progress, identify risks, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure all technical projects meet company standards and client expectations.
• Assist in troubleshooting website and CRM issues and provide recommendations for improvements.
• Maintain documentation of project processes, best practices, and technical workflows.
