Job Description
Visa Commercial Solutions (VCS) Global Cardable Product Commercialization Team has responsibility for ensuring adherence to Visa’s Go to Market and Product Development and Delivery Process across the full suite of Visa Commercial Solutions Cardable Product solutions, including: development of product vision for Visa's commercial solutions, commercialization of new and enhanced products and services, pricing, and product engagement with issuing financial institutions and partners. The team serves financial institutions and their downstream clients, fintechs, and other partners by providing payment products and services to small businesses and large and middle market corporate/multinational companies, governments and commercial supply chain/B2B segments. The Global Commercialization Team works collaboratively with the Product, Platform, Partnerships, Servicing, Technology and Commercial Sales Teams as well as other regions, ensuring alignment on market positioning and collaborative product development across all functional areas globally.
The Product Delivery Manager is a key contributor in defining and ensuring adherence to Visa’s Go To Market standards, creating internal and external-facing materials that both educate our sales and relationship management teams, as well as promote our solutions to our clients. Candidate should have proven project management skills, experience in process improvement, and have the ability to balance multiple competing priorities simultaneously. Candidate should have strong process and operations management skills, with demonstrated experience facilitating the product development lifecycle in conjunction with technology partners utilizing Jira and Jira Align. Candidate should also have strong analytical skills as they will provide support around product profitability, pricing initiatives and assistance with our annual planning process. This role works collaboratively with product, sales, and technology partners to coordinate on the direction and trajectory of the business.
Responsibilities
Work with the Global Product Delivery Leader, Product Managers and the broader Large and Middle Market team to:
Collaborate with internal product, client support, and implementation teams to plan and ensure product delivery excellence using VCS’ Go To Market processes and by thorough and on-time delivery of our product documentation
Manage our Enhancement Request Intake process in conjunction with the regions and product managers
Assist Product Owners with quarterly planning, prioritization, and preparation of QBR materials.
Help create product content as a method to empower customers and increase product adoption.
Drive product adherence to Jira Align standards as part of product development and planning activities.
Manage our Global Product Client-Facing Roadmap, as well as region and client-facing roadmaps across the Visa Commercial Solutions team
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
• 5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelors Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD
Preferred Qualifications:
• 6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelors Degree or 4 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhD
