Product Architect - General, Senior Specialist

Responsible for collaborating across different areas of organization within business and technology to create a clear and cohesive vision to drive future state architecture across Retail Conversational Channels Product Family (Chat, Chatbot, SMS, Secure Messages etc.); provide deep technical expertise and thought leadership to help product teams navigate through evolving conversational channel technology landscape and adoption of various vendor products; utilize deep knowledge of AWS cloud computing services, Microservices, Data Integration Patterns, Database services including NoSQL, Big Data Frameworks including Spark, Hadoop, etc. and streaming / event-driven architecture patterns; define, implement, and continuously improve channel architecture processes by collaborating closely with business, technology leaders and other industry experts; define and create reference channel architecture and guidance material for product teams; support product teams in implementation of channel architecture; continue to expand both technical and business acumen by having a continuous learning mindset and engaging with consultants, industry experts and vendors who are thought leaders in conversational channels; lead and assist IT delivery teams in navigating successfully through various company IT and data governance controls; partner with internal clients to improve understanding of business functions and informational needs; maintain a deep understanding of company’s technologies, tools, and applications, including those that collaborate with business area and systems. Company operates on hybrid model with three days in office and work-from-home available two days. 

 

Requirements:  

 

Requires Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or closely related IT field and five years of experience in job offered or in IT positions including Associate Technical Architect and/or Technical Architect and/or Applications Development Solution Architect. Background in education, training or experience must include AWS Machine Learning tools: Lex, Kendra, Comprehend and SageMaker; AWS Database tools: DynamoDB, ElasticCache, RDS; AWS Management and Governance: CloudTrail, CloudWatch; AWS Networking and Content Delivery: CloudFront, Route 53, VPC, Direct Connect; AWS Security, Identity and Compliance: IAM, Key Management Service (KMS), Secret Manager; AWS Storage: S3; AWS Analytics tools: Athena, Data Pipeline, CloudSearch, Kinesis, OpenSearch Service; AWS Application Integration tools: EventBridge, MQ, Simple Notification Service (SNS), Simple Queue Service, Step Functions; AWS Compute: EC2, Lambda; Conversational Channel tool: AWS Connect; and Event Driven tool: Kafka; Node Js, AngularJS, jQuery, OOO, Python, JavaScript; Web Services (SOAP/REST) employing Micro Service.
