About the role 

Do you want to join us on an exciting HR change journey? We are looking for a Project Business Analyst/ Process Analyst to join our HR Foundations programme. The HR Foundations programme consists of 6 projects, and as a Process Analyst you will be providing insights to all. You will be analysing  as-is  and  to-be  processes,  gather  business  requirements  and  play  a  key  role  in  mapping  and  analysing  HR processes. In this role, you will work closely with the different regions and countries and will facilitate communication between  the  programme  team  and  the  local  HR  teams. 

You  will  be  in  contact  with  a  wide  range  of  HR  colleagues  to understand local processes and requirements, while keeping the bigger picture in mind. You will be also playing a pivotal role in running User Acceptance Testing. You will be a key advocate of change and communicating the  benefits  the  programme  to  local  communities. 

About you

  • A University degree or equivalent working experience with projects/continuous improvement management or process analysis/business analysis

  • Advanced Microsoft Office user (PowerPoint, Excel, Teams)

  • Excellent communication and analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail

  • Fluent language skills in English; additional languages are a plus, as is experience in working across multiple countries and regions

  • Creative  thinker  with strong problem-solving skills, the ability to think outside the box and demonstrate a "can do" attitude

  • Excellent documentation skills with focus on high quality  

  • Process Certifications (Six Sigma / Lean or equivalent) preferred.

Location: The position is a 12 months fixed-term contract based out of one of our European DS Smith sites, with occasional travel
