Raytheon is seeking a Systems Engineers to join the Effectors and Mission Support team to support Multi-Disciplined Radar System level testing and mission system scenarios. Candidates will collaborate with multi-disciplined SI&T engineers and customer teams executing our test events.
What You Will Do
- Troubleshoot and repair electronic systems using schematics and standard and specialized test equipment.
- Hands-on operation and maintenance of radar systems in a rapid paced test environment
- Perform analysis and problem-solving of systems issues real-time
- Work in a team environment and directly interface with customers and management across multiple disciplines.
- Perform SICO and systems upgrades for a radar system
- Local Travel is expected, anticipated travel is around 25 – 35%
Qualifications You Must Have
- Typically requires a Bachelor’s in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 5 years prior relevant experience.
- Experience with electronics, circuitry, RF hardware, and/or schematics
- Experience troubleshooting and/or repair of radar systems.
- Active and transferable US Government issued security clearance is required prior to start date. US Citizenship is required, as only US citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
Qualifications We Prefer
- Active and in-scope Secret clearance
- Experience with RMSS and diagnostics.
- Experience with the Patriot Air Defense System, inclusive of all MEIs in the Fire Unit, equivalent to a 94S MOS in the Army
- Familiarity with the Intermediate Maintenance Manuals (-34 manuals)
- Experience with MATLAB and data analysis

The salary range for this role is 77,000 USD - 163,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
