About this position:
The Principal Program Manager for OHAI Business Operations will be responsible for driving key initiatives across the organization. The successful candidate will be a highly organized self-starter who can take initiative and drive accountability while maintaining strong working relationships with team members and stakeholders.
About the team:
The OHAI Business Operations Program Management team is a small but mighty group of seasoned program managers who are responsible for removing barriers and driving change across the organization. While our individual experiences may differ, we share a passion for solving problems through collaboration, a process mindset, and data.
Our portfolio of projects and programs is diverse ranging from new program design and execution to program rescue and everything in between. They are high visibility with broad impact and regularly involve stakeholders from OHAI, Oracle Health and corporate Oracle.

Specific Responsibilities
- Provide program and project management expertise to complex business initiatives, understanding interdependencies between process, technology, and people needs.
- Use data to identify root cause(s) to pressing problems and work with impacted stakeholders to develop action plans and drive toward resolution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, risk and compliance, operations, and business stakeholders, to define project scope, objectives, milestones, and accountabilities.
- Manage project schedule, risks, issues, and dependencies, proactively identifying potential roadblocks and implementing effective mitigation strategies.
- Ensure successful communication across all project stakeholders, including business leaders, promoting transparency and maintaining a collaborative working environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- 8+ years of program/project management experience within the technology and/or healthcare sector.
- Proven track record of driving change across organizational boundaries and influencing without direct authority.
- Unflinching ability to dive into complex and often unfamiliar situations and learn as you go.
- Solution-oriented; able to exercise creativity within constraints in service of the best possible outcome for all stakeholders
- Ability to quickly identify root cause, develop clear recommendations and action plans and execute against those plans.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written); including the ability to clearly and concisely articulate complex information in a simple way.
- Genuine desire to remove barriers in order to bring about meaningful change for the organization.
- Level-headed with a bias for data-driven decision making.
