About the Role:
At Boston Scientific, we are committed to enhancing HR operations for efficiency, effectiveness, and employee experience. We are seeking a Principal Analyst, HR Operational Excellence to drive process improvement, operational efficiency, quality assurance, and strategic optimization across HR services.
Work Mode:
At Boston Scientific, we value collaboration and synergy. This role follows a hybrid work model requiring employees to be in our local office at least three days per week.

Key Responsibilities:
- Quality Assurance: Design and execute a quality assurance program using OneConnect HR Case Management System. Establish quality metrics, conduct audits, and provide insights for improvement.
- Operational Excellence: Lead continuous improvement initiatives to streamline HR processes and policies. Utilize Lean, Six Sigma methodologies for data-driven decision-making.
- Data & Performance Metrics: Track KPIs to measure HR operations efficiency. Develop dashboards for actionable insights and ensure compliance with SOX404 controls.
- Strategy & Stakeholder Partnership: Align HR operational excellence strategies with business objectives. Provide data-driven recommendations and drive innovation through HR technology.
- Financial Oversight: Evaluate ROI of HR operational excellence initiatives and optimize costs using the VIP framework.
- Continuous Improvement Culture: Foster a culture of continuous improvement by coaching colleagues on Lean, Six Sigma, and other OpEx tools. Lead training sessions and stay ahead of industry trends.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Process Engineering, Operations, Business Administration, or related field. Advanced degree preferred.
- 7+ years of operations experience with increasing responsibility, preferably in HR Operations or a business function with a strong process improvement focus.
- Experience in large-scale continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma methodologies.
- Proficiency in OpEx tools and experience in designing quality assurance programs within HR service delivery.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision-making experience.

Travel Requirement:
- Up to 20% travel as needed.

Compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, among other relevant business or organizational needs. Compensation for non-exempt (hourly), non-sales roles may also include variable compensation from time to time (e.g., any overtime and shift differential) and annual bonus target (subject to plan eligibility and other requirements).
