Building off our Cloud momentum, the Core Platform team within Oracle Health Applications & Infrastructure (OHAI), will focus on product development and product strategy for Oracle Health, while building out a complete platform supporting modernized, automated healthcare. We are seeking a visionary Product Manager (Individual Contributor) to lead the creation of innovative identity & access management (IAM) products and features for the entirety of the Oracle Health product suite.
Your contributions will be vital in establishing a premier engineering center dedicated to excellence. In your role as Product Manager for IAM, you will drive the vision and execution of products designed to improve and optimize the IAM capabilities of the Oracle Health platform. This position requires a deep understanding of IAM technologies, web services, and software security. It also requires a strong customer-oriented perspective and the ability to deliver cutting-edge, high-quality solutions that enhance the experiences of both patients and providers. You will collaborate with diverse teams to develop and integrate solutions that support the overall strategy of OHAI.

- Product Vision & Strategy: Define and implement the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Identity and Access Management (IAM) platform products and services for the Oracle Health suite of products.
- Customer-Centric Approach: Engage with healthcare and engineering stakeholders to gather insights, ensuring the platform and the product built atop it address market needs.
- Product Development & Innovation: Drive new product development and enhancements to existing solutions, utilizing innovative approaches to meet market demands and improve competitive positioning.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering, operations, security, and other teams to manage product releases, integration, and successful deployment to clients.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Leverage market research, analytics, systems telemetry data, and consumer feedback to inform product direction and prioritize features based on customer impact and business goals.
- Agile Product Management: Own the product backlog, define user stories, and lead Agile development teams to deliver solutions that address real-world healthcare IAM challenges.
- Thought Leadership & Evangelism: Serve as a product ambassador, sharing the product vision and strategy through presentations, customer meetings, and conferences.
- Quality & Continuous Improvement: Maintain a focus on delivering high-quality solutions and fostering a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and operational excellence

US: Hiring Range: from $87,600 to $199,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position.
