Job Description
Mission Technologies is looking for a Principal Electronic Surveillance (ELSUR) Collection Software Engineer for an exciting opportunity.
A Principal ELSUR Collection Software Engineer is a senior-level technical leader responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining software systems used in digital collection systems—particularly those supporting law enforcement and ELSUR (Electronic Surveillance) operations.

Essential Job Responsibilities
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Software engineering or related field and 12-15+ years of relevant experience
- Masters degree in software engineering or related field and 10-13+ years of relevant experience
- PhD in software engineering or related field and 8-10+ years of relevant experience
- 12 YOE as a software, application engineer, or developer on computer and database management systems
- Competence in business application design, database management, and use of programming languages, (C#, C++, Perl, Python, Java Script)
- Experience in session initiation protocol
- Must hold active TS/SCI Clearance
Preferred Requirements
- Prior experience with FBI ELSUR Program
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a close team environment
- Previous leadership experience or willingness to lead and mentor others
- BS Degree in Software engineering or related field & 12 YOE
- Master’s degree in software engineering or related field & 10 YOE
- PhD Degree in Software engineering or related field & 8 YOE
