As a Payroll Analyst, you will be payroll for CSUSA Network of Schools.
How You Will Impact Education
Instruction/Education Responsibilities
- Support management with various tasks and projects as required
- Provides payroll expertise in processing and auditing payroll activities
- Ensure that payroll processes comply with internal and external rules, policies, laws and regulations
- Administer time keeping records for employees and management
- Assist with year-end verification, processing and distribution of W-2 records and all other periodic reporting requirement from payroll records
- Collaborate with HR to maintain, archive and secure all appropriate payroll and employee related data and records required by federal, state and local taxing authorities
- Resolve payroll discrepancies by collecting and analyzing data
- Process Funding reports for Treasury Department
- Run and analyze data for Survey 2,3, and Survey 5.
- Write and run payroll reports for management
- Must be a self- starter who enjoys payroll and working with others
- Utilize all systems for payroll processing and analysis
- Serves as a back-up to the other team members in processing of payroll and other duties
- Performs related duties and assist in special projects as assigned by management
- Provide clear and consistent communication of key payroll priorities to SOAs
- Assists in all implementation and testing of any new systems.

Job Requirements
- Working knowledge of ADP preferred but not required
- Minimum 5 years' experience processing payroll
- Working knowledge of payroll best practices
