Parts Counterperson – Subaru Buick Cadillac Lakeland

Subaru Buick Cadillac Lakeland is seeking an experienced Parts Counterperson to join our dealership team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in body shop parts and be able to support both internal and external customers with accuracy and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Assist technicians, body shop personnel, and retail customers with parts inquiries and orders

• Accurately identify, source, and price automotive parts and accessories

• Maintain inventory integrity and ensure timely ordering and delivery of parts

• Process invoices, returns, and special orders

• Work closely with the service and collision departments to support repair operations

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a dealership or body shop parts department required

• Body shop parts experience strongly preferred

• Familiarity with PartsTrader and CCC One a plus

• Experience with CDK or other dealership management systems preferred

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
