General Summary:
The Parts Kits Fulfillment Associate plays a key role in ensuring customers receive accurate and high-quality MQ genuine parts kits. This position is responsible for processing and fulfilling orders, including picking, packing, labeling, and preparing kits for shipment. Additional duties include receiving and storing parts, monitoring inventory levels, and maintaining a clean, organized warehouse environment. Attention to detail and commitment to quality are essential. This role may require overtime, including weekends, to meet customer demand.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Fulfill Orders: Accurately pick, package, label, and ship parts kits in accordance with MQ quality standards and order guidelines, including any special instructions.
- Inventory & Materials: Maintain adequate supply of packaging materials and ensure proper storage of parts and kits following departmental procedures.
- Communication: Provide timely updates to management, internal teams, channel partners, and customers regarding parts kit status.
- Quality Control: Report and assist in resolving issues with defective or unacceptable goods and services.
- Training & Support: Help train new team members on parts kit fulfillment processes.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate hand tools and packing equipment (e.g., poly bag sealers, staplers, utility knives, tape dispensers) and material handling equipment such as forklifts (training provided if needed).
- General Warehouse Duties: Perform tasks such as loading, unloading, scanning, labeling, sorting, wrapping, packing, repacking, staging, locating, and stacking products.
- Workplace Organization: Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
- Compliance: Adhere to all company and departmental policies and procedures.
- Other Duties: Perform additional related tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of warehouse or fulfillment experience
- Ability to operate forklift and other material handling equipment
- Ability to read and interpret standard Bills of Materials (BOM).
Skills:
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel); SAP experience a plus.
- Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in all tasks.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
- Willingness to work overtime, including Saturdays, as needed.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Compensation & Benefits:
- Pay wage: $19.00-$22.00/hr.
