Operations Planner

Two Six Technologies is looking for an Operations Planner (Pulse SME) to join our team. The Pulse SME is expected to provide expert advice on the employment of our Pulse system in support of analysis and operations to customers. 

Responsibilities Include:

• Integrate Pulse into the planning and execution of Information Operations (IO), from tactical to strategic level
• Use the social media and online monitoring side of Pulse to answer information requirements within the online information environment and train the customer to do the same
• Work side by side with the customer to understand and visualize data to gain a better understanding of the information environment
• Ability to take holistic and qualitative information requirements and create responsive analytic visualizations that provide insight to difficult problems
• Design and Execute Population Engagement campaigns in support of customer requirements
• Assist the customer in achieving and assessing the established Measure of Effectiveness 
• Promoting Two Six Technologies’ products and services to the customer 
• Act as a liaison between Two Six Technologies and our customers
• Ability to react to the customer within 4 hours
• Ability to travel to CONUS or OCONUS locations

Minimum Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Information Operations planner, Psychological Operations planner, Civil Affairs Planner, Special Forces Planner, Intelligence Analyst, or other IRC planning
• Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience

Nice If You Have: 

• Experience with data analysis tools such as Pulse, Kibana, R, Gephi or similar analytical tools
• Ability to visualize data in a way that tells a story and helps analysts, planners, and leaders make decisions
• Ability to deliver Pulse Training to customer audiences in remote and in person settings
• The ability to analyze data for trends and patterns
• Experience conducting task management for cross-functional teams. Examples include task tracking systems for teams, structuring internal and customer facing meetings, defining internal and customer facing meeting inputs and outputs, assigning tasks and managing team task loads.

• Active TS/SCI Clearance
