What You Will Do:   

• Be responsible for various data work related to game content design and tuning, and monetization, including but not limited to establishing analysis system, monitoring daily data, carrying out case analysis and mathematical modeling.
• Provide data support for operation strategies with various methods, including but not limited to global data analysis and prediction, player behavior and player persona analysis, and game performance analysis.
• Take charge of the development global data platform, to achieve industrialization, standardization and compliance of data administration and application.

What We Are Looking For: 

• 5 years’ of working experience, including at least 3 years of relevant experience, with experience with at least 1 mobile game’s entire lifecycle’s data analysis experience, and the ability to manage data analysis and research projects.
• Proficiency in SQL and data analysis tools including Excel, SPSS, Python or SAS.
• Familiar with common data mining model (for example, clustering, regression, decision tree)
• Sensitive to data, possess a strong learning ability, strong logical and analytical capabilities, and project execution skills, and able to communicate with designers and developers.
• Game lovers who are familiar with anime games are preferred.
