Marketing Operations Manager (Contract) - Washington, DC

 

Location: Ann Arbor, MI or Washington D.C. or Seattle, WA or Bay Area

Time: 30-40 hours/week, 12+ month contract with potential to convert to full-time permanent at the conclusion of the contract 

Salary range: $45-60/hr

Reporting to: Director of Marketing Operations

Attack Surface Management provides customers with an attacker-centric view of all externally facing internet and cloud to extend visibility, prioritize, and remediate the most critical risk exposures that will actually lead to a breach. Our daily IPv4 scans and the world’s largest SSL/TLS Certificate database enables customers with the most accurate and continuously updated attack surfaces. Enterprise security teams leverage Censys to keep pace with the speed of the business and gain an advantage on the rapidly evolving cyber-attack threats.

In this role, you’ll work to support our marketing operations by enabling our global marketing team to maximize performance potential and exceed team goals. Your scope will include managing martech tools, developing processes, and analyzing data to provide recommendations to improve business performance. You will be hands-on working with every member of the marketing team, while extending to cross functional counterparts to drive the business forward.

What you’ll do: 

• Be a primary administrator for portions of our marketing tech stack including Outreach, Chili Piper, ZoomInfo, Integrate, Drift, and LeanData
• Partner with the global marketing team on marketing program development and execution leveraging Marketo and other tools
• Be a main point of contact for marketing team operational requests and support through the design, documentation, and implementation of scalable processes that optimize daily work across the team
• Support the end-to-end Lead Management process from capturing, scoring, filtering, enriching, and routing

• Partner with the Director of Marketing Operations on the development of an operational roadmap to bring in new tools and improve systems and processes. 
• Collaborate with other system owners across the business, such as our Sales Ops Team, Demand Gen Team, and Sales Team members 

• Analyze data to monitor performance and conversions, develop insights, and make recommendations for campaign and pipeline optimization
• Collaborate with Demand Gen & SDR leaders to identify and resolve performance issues and drive change
  
  

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of experience in managing  marketing tools for a growing company including Marketo and Salesforce 
• Experience such as ZoomInfo and 6sense 
• A drive to understand business dynamics and improve performance
• You enjoy solving novel problems, are resourceful, and like to be a hands-on fixer 
• You are highly organized, pay attention to detail, and are a stickler for naming conventions, taxonomies, and SLA’s 
• You are keen on continually improving systems and processes, with a passion for making things more automated and efficient
• You believe clear documentation is the key to a successful process

Our target salary range for this role is between $45 and $60 per hour. Our roots are in Ann Arbor, Michigan with location hubs in Seattle, San Francisco, Washington D.C., and Dublin, Ireland. We require this role to be located in one of these locations.
