Office Manager

The Office Manager plays a central role in ensuring the smooth, professional, and efficient operation of the Bermuda office and the Seven30 Re team. This role will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the Bermuda office, supporting human resources administration as needed, supporting regulatory reporting and governance processes, and serving as a trusted point of contact for employees, clients, visitors, and other external partners. This role will provide executive administrative support to the Seven 30 Re team in Bermuda. 

Key Responsibilities and Duties

  • Manages and maintains office organization, including meeting rooms and common areas
  • Provides executive administrative support to Seven 30 Re senior leadership, including but not limited to travel, expense reporting, and calendar management.  
  • Coordinates event planning, including board meetings, investor meetings, client meetings, and other events, such as local team/social activities.
  • Liaises with OCFO Chief of Staff for Investor Relations (IR) matters including roadshows and communication requirements relevant to IR matters.
  • Supports human resources activities as needed, onboarding new Seven30 Re colleagues, and supporting communications and driving completion for performance-related activities.    
  • Coordinates and manages business planning as well as global team communications and engagements.
  • Assists the senior leadership of Seven30 Re in fulfilling local business reporting requirements including management and other reporting, and disseminating the relevant reports to key stakeholders
  • Manages relevant third-party providers, including travel, office equipment and supplies, caterers, building staff, security, etc.
  • Handles oversight of onsite AV / electronic hardware and software systems, including coordinating with IT Help Desk to support and resolve local office IT matters.
  • Conducts expense management, including invoice and credit card processing and bank account management.

Educational Requirements

  • University (Degree) Preferred

Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.  In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
