[Production Office] Production Management Staff

1. JOB DESCRIPTION:

Candidates need to have at least 4 years of experience in the Production field (Related to Apparel/ Textile/ Garment). Job content:

- Manage sample progress schedule from development to bulk production stage following PO (Purchase Order).

- Understand and analyze factory In-house Data for QCD control (Quality - Cost - Delivery).

- Quality Control through Factory visits every week and checking the fabric and garment inspection process.

- Negotiation with Factory partners and suppliers to comply with FR Group standards and business strategy through meetings, site visits, etc.

- Delivery Control through system deadline setting, controlling material schedule, planning production lines, and production progress.

- Follow shipments from factories to sales countries.

- Supervise & coach team members (if any) to achieve Company policy & targets.

- Be responsible for reporting to Managers and relevant worldwide departments.

3. REQUIREMENTS

- Business English

- Experienced in Quality Control, Production Management (Apparel, Textile, and Garment)

- Can travel for business by car/airplane to factories in Vietnam, Cambodia, and Thailand 

from Tue to Fri every week.

- Bachelor's degree

Sunwah Tower, 115 Nguyen Hue, Sai Gon Ward, Ho Chi Minh City

5. WORK HOURS:

8:00-17:00 Monday-Friday
