Multi-Family Construction Project Manager

About Us:

O'Brien Construction Company is a leading construction firm dedicated to enhancing communities through our expertise in multi-family housing, municipal, and commercial buildings. We're seeking a passionate and experienced Project Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the successful completion of various construction projects.
• Juggle multiple projects simultaneously, from planning through close-out.
• Manage in-house teams, interface with clients, and maintain relationships with subcontractors, vendors, and design firms.
• Keep appropriate parties informed and up-to-date on project schedules and budgets.
• Work closely with Superintendents to ensure safe, on-schedule, and high-quality project execution.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Thorough knowledge of construction and substantial experience with a General Contractor/Construction Manager.
• Minimum five years of experience in construction activities (schedule, cost control, accounting, logistics, project management).
• Strong commitment to safety.
• Ability to keep projects and teams on track.
• Desire to learn and adopt new technologies.
• Baseline understanding of Procore beneficial.
