Responsibilities:

She/He is responsible for carrying out supply of materials and raw material required.

Responsible for communicating product needs to suppliers.

Responsible for receptions control, both in terms of time and quantities as well as in packaging compliance.

Responsible for monitoring and meeting deadlines, managing possible program increases.

Responsible for the entry into the system of delivery notes of suppliers, controlling quantities of product supplied.

She/He is responsible for optimizing needed levels of stocks of raw material.

Responsible for weekly inventory of purchased materials.

Responsible that the weight of the pallets coincides with the quantity of product requested

She/He is responsible for control and verification of expired materials or stocks.

Responsible for documentation of all product references in SAP software.

Qualifications:

High School/Professional education and/or University Dregree

1 to 2 years of experience in a similar position

ERP and Office computer skills, QHSE basic knowledge

Spanish, English and/or French
