Inviting applications for the role of Platform Deployment Specialist, MRP Planning – Assistant Manager – English - Hybrid Krakow

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Platform Deployment Specialist with expertise in Material Requirements Planning (MRP) within the SAP S/4 CORE Platform. As a Platform Deployment Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting the implementation of MRP functionalities during the DBB Implementation and ensuring the successful deployment of MRP processes and configurations within the organization.

Responsibilities:

· Fit-to-Standard Analysis: Perform an analysis of the current processes (As-Is) and match them with templated functionalities in the SAP S/4 CORE Platform. Identify and document business requirements and ensure they align with the global template.

· Local Use Case Modeling: Determine how local use cases can be modeled within SAP, specifically focusing on MRP parameters and configurations. Ensure that local requirements are met while adhering to global standards.

· Process Definition: Define local processes (DILO/WILO) based on the global template, incorporating MRP requirements and best practices.

· Training and Support: Train key users in the Operating Company (OpCo) on MRP processes, transactions, and related functionalities within SAP. Provide ongoing support and guidance to OpCo teams.

· Change Management: Manage change in the OpCo regarding MRP implementation. Collaborate with deployment teams and OpCo teams to ensure smooth transition and adoption of MRP processes.

· Communication and Collaboration: Communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, address issues, and ensure successful platform deployment.

· SAP Knowledge: Possess a strong understanding of SAP MM module, production processes, and master data. Familiarity with operational procurement and key STP data (contracts, quota arrangements) and associated processes.

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications / Skills

· Work Experience: Experience in the field of Material Requirements Planning (MRP) within the SAP environment.

· Functional Skills: Demonstrated expertise in MRP processes, SAP MM module, production processes, and master data management.

· Configuration and Parametrization: Ability to translate OpCo use cases and requirements into MRP parametrization and configuration within the SAP S/4 CORE Platform.

Preferred Qualifications: -

· Change Management: Proven experience in managing change within an Operating Company, collaborating with deployment teams and OpCo teams to ensure successful adoption of MRP processes.

· Training and Communication: Excellent communication skills with the ability to deliver trainings effectively and clearly communicate with stakeholders at all levels.

· Business Platform: Strong knowledge and understanding of MRP functionalities within the SAP S/4 CORE Platform.
