Medical Assistant

QualDerm Partners is seeking a motivated and compassionate Medical Assistant to support our team in delivering exceptional patient care. As a Medical Assistant at QualDerm Partners, you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation of our clinics. Your responsibilities will include preparing patients for their visits, assisting healthcare providers during examinations and procedures, and educating patients about their treatment plans. You will have the opportunity to work closely with a team that is dedicated to patient-centered care and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; Medical Assistant certification is preferred.
• Experience working as a Medical Assistant or in a similar healthcare role.
• Familiarity with medical terminology pertinent to dermatology.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with patients and the healthcare team.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and uphold patient privacy.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in a clinical setting.
• Proficient in electronic health records (EHR) and basic computer programs.
