Marketing Operations Intern

We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Intern to join our team in Arlington, TX. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You’ll support a variety of marketing initiatives, with a strong focus on event planning and execution, digital marketing, and project coordination.

What You’ll Do

• Assist in planning, organizing, and executing marketing events (in-person and virtual)
• Support campaign development and execution across email, web, and social platforms
• Manage tasks and timelines using tools like Asana
• Help maintain and update our WordPress website
• Assist with email marketing campaigns (design, copy, scheduling, reporting)
• Support content creation for social media, blogs, and newsletters
• Provide general administrative and marketing support as needed

What You Need

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• Experience with event planning or coordination (campus events, clubs, etc.)
• Familiarity with marketing tools such as Asana, WordPress, Canva, Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar
• Experience with Google Analytics and basic performance reporting
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Quick learner with a proactive, can-do attitude
• Comfortable working in a task-centered, dynamic environment
